Bulldog Marketing Internship
The Marketing/Promotions internship is within the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for various tasks associated with Bulldog Athletic events, including but not limited to the principal responsibilities listed below. The position is highly visible for the Department of Athletics. This is an unpaid position, but depending on the major, it can be used for class credit. This position has highly flexible hours.
GAMEDAY ELEMENTS
- Aide with game-day operations for all sports
- On-court/field promotions, fan interaction, etc.
- Help organize theme nights for various sports
- Assist in efforts to inform the campus community of all sporting events
- Assist in developing greater interest and support of Fresno State students, faculty and staff, and the general public
- Assist in the implementation of selected marketing and promotional campaigns for Fresno State Athletics
- Assist with the Jr. Bulldog Kids Club
- Assist in social media efforts including but not limited to:
- Game Day content creation (photo and video) for Twitter (X), Instagram Feed, and Instagram Stories
- Collecting and maintaining analytics of various social media platforms to enhance the social strategy of the department
- Game Day social media management
- Serve as in-venue host for select athletic events
- Engage with fans with sponsored and non-sponsored elements to improve the overall gameday experience
