Djilianova Receives Highest Ranking Career

Fresno, Calif. - Senior Dora Djilianova reached the highest singles ranking of her Fresno State tennis career at No. 7 in the current Intercollegiate Tennis Association singles rankings.
Djilianova is currently 19-5 on the season and 9-1 since the Spring season opened on January 16. In those nine wins, Djilianova defeated six ranked players including Julie Ditty of Vanderbilt, ranked 7th at the time, at the Rolex National Indoors. Djilianova's only loss was to top-ranked Zuzana Lesenarova of San Diego.
Djilianova's previous high in the ITA singles rankings was 15th during the 1997-98 season.
