GAME NOTES
--- The win moves Tulsa's advantage in the all-time series to 3-1. It was the first time TU has ever won in Fresno.
--- The Bulldogs record in overtime games this year is now 0-3. FS is only 1-8 in overtime games since the 1993-94 season. Fresno State has fallen behind quickly in each overtime period it has played in this year. Against UTEP on Jan. 15, the Miners scored the first four points on their way to a 66-61 victory. Against SMU on Feb. 17, the Mustangs scored the first eight points to take a 78-68 decision. Last night, Tulsa scored the first six points of the overtime to win 75-72.
--- Lindsay Logan dished out eight assists and is tied with Wendy Martell on the Fresno State single-season assist list at 169. She moved her average up to a WAC-leading 6.78 per game with the effort.
--- Amanda Baker had six assists, establishing a new career high.
--- Fresno State had 29 turnovers on the night and committed 64 in the two games against the Golden Hurricane this season, an average of 32 per game.
--- Laura Garcia had a big night coming off the bench for Fresno State. She scored a game-high 18 points in 40 minutes, adding four assists, three rebounds and two steals. She was also 4 of 4 from the free throw line.
--- One of the big discrepancies in the game came at the free throw line, where Rice shot an outstanding 19 of 23 (.826). Conversely, Fresno State was only 8 of 14 (.571) and missed 3 of 4 in the final minute to allow the Golden Hurricane back in the game.
--- The Bulldogs' frontcourt had a big night. Amanda Baker, Tiffany Lewis and Channan High pulled down 21 of of FS's 35 rebounds.
--- Fresno State finished the game with 20 steals, the most it has had in a game since Nov. 27 against Boston University, when the Bulldogs had a season-high 22.
--- The matchup of point guards Tammy Goyne of Tulsa and Lindsay Logan of Fresno State turned out to be a dandy. Goyne finished with 16 points, five rebounds and six assists and shot 5 of 7 from three-point territory. Logan was also exemplary, scoring 16 points, dishing out eight assists, making five steals and grabbing two rebounds. Eleven of Logan's 16 came in the second half.
--- Channan High added to her WAC-leading shot block total with three more. She is averaging 1.40 per game.
