VOLLEYBALL CAMP STAFF FEATURING LINDY VIVAS, Fresno State Head Coach
In Coach Vivas' nine years at Fresno State the Bulldogs have qualified for five post season tournaments. The program has produced two national team members, six professional volleyball players, two All-Americans, five All-Region players, twenty-four All-Conference players and, eleven Academic All-Conference athletes. The skills and techniques taught at camp are the same as the Fresno State team currently uses.

BULLDOG GIRL'S CAMP July 17-20, 2000
Designed for: Girls ages 9-14 with a desire to learn and improve in the game of volleyball. Athletes attending the Bulldog Girls Camp will receive a free T-shirt, Mikasa volleyball, videotaping and analysis of skills, and outstanding instruction. The fee for the Bulldog Youth Camp is $140.00. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit must accompany the application.
Instruction: The focus of this camp is to improve basic skills in every phase of the game with special attention given to setting, passing, serving, blocking, hitting, defensive skills, and offensive and defensive team play. Please come prepared for a full 4 hours of volleyball daily. Knee pads and comfortable shoes are recommended.

BULLDOG BOY'S CAMP
July 17-20, 2000
Designed for: Boys ages 9-17 with a desire to be challenged and improve in the game of volleyball. Athletes attending the Bulldog Boy's Camp will receive a free T-shirt, Mikasa volleyball, videotaping and analysis of skills, and outstanding instruction. The fee for the Bulldog Boy's Camp is $140.00. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit must accompany the application.
Instruction: The focus of this camp is to improve basic skills and to introduce advanced skills in the following areas: hitting, blocking, setting, passing, serving, defensive skills, offensive and defensive team systems. Please come prepared for an excellent workout and an opportunity to improve your game.

DEFENSIVE CLINIC
July 21, 2000
The Bulldog Defensive clinic is one day of excellent training designed for ages 13-18 and will provide each player with fundamental skills including serving, serve reception, free ball passing, and advanced defensive skills such as extensions, run-throughs, rolls, and collapsed digs. The fee for the clinic is $75.00 and is due with the application.
HITTER'S CLINIC
July 22, 2000
The Bulldog Hitter's clinic is one day of intense training designed for ages 13-18 and will assist any player who wants to increase power, control, and add variety to her attacking skills. The basic fundamentals of footwork, vertical jumping skills, arm speed & control, and shot selection will be emphasized. The fee for the clinic is $75.00 and is due with the application.
SETTER'S CLINIC
July 23, 2000
The Bulldog Setter's clinic is one day designed for ages 13-18 and will enhance each individual setter's fundamental skills including posture, footwork, and hand position. Advanced training will consist of reading skills, jump setting & attacking skills, and the ability to set a variety of different playsets including outside, quick and slide sets. The fee for the clinic is $75.00 and is due with the application.
