USC Defeats Women's Tennis 7-2

FRESNO, Calif. - The No. 32 Fresno State Bulldogs were defeated by No. 7 USC today at the Marks Tennis Stadium 7-2. This win ended Fresno State's seven-match winning streak and dropped the Bulldogs to 9-6. USC imoproved to 12-3 after their fourth straight win.
USC had a 4-2 lead after the singles matches with Fresno State's points coming from Chantel Wiggins and Ewa Grusiecka.
In doubles play USC swept all three matches with the score of 8-4 at every court. Fresno state returns to action on Sunday April 2 as they host Boise State at 9 a.m. and Long Beach State at 1 p.m.
