1. If your life philosophy could be summed up on a bumper sticker, what would it say?
Laugh, why not?
2. Recite one thing you know by heart.
The lyrics to "Ants Marching" from the Dave Matthews Band: "Driving in on this highway, all these cars end up on the sidewalk. People in every direction. No words exchanged, no time to exchange them." It was the last song to play in my car on the way to practice.
3. What 3 accomplishments are you most proud of and why?
I'm proud of being a good example for my younger sister, Courtney, who is a freshman softball player at University of Arizona. I'm proud of the grades I have earned (2001 Verizon Academic All-American, third team) and that I have gotten the opportunity to play softball here.
4. Favorite class taken at Fresno State?
Fittness and Wellness with Dr. Morales because it was a class to apply to my future.
5. What is the job of your dreams?
My dream job would be to be involved in professional athletes as a trainer for a professional team.
6. What college game stands out to you among all others?
This is easy. It is the 2000 Regionals in Fresno when we played Cal State Fullerton. Our season was about to be over. We were down 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th, and somehow we scored 3 runs that inning and won the game.
7. Who is the most influential person in your life?
Coach Wright because she taught me what it means to stand up for everything you believe in. And she has taught me what is means to be loyal.
8. What possessions are you ridiculously attached you?
My stuffed animal, Moose that I have had since I was little. I am also attached to the movie Nadia. My dad taped the movie for my sister and I and we would watch it like 100 times a year because we wanted to be gymnasts.
9. What is always in your fridge?
Milk, 2%
