FRESNO, Calif. - Kicking off the month of December with holiday cheer, Fresno State student-athletes will get together with their Little Heroes at Children's Hospital tomorrow night for their annual Christmas party.
With 70 student-athletes being Big Heroes to the children this academic school year, the Bulldogs, in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Fresno and Children's Hospital, will be celebrating Christmas with a spaghetti dinner, games, candy and presents while an appearance by Santa Claus will highlight the evening.
Held in conference rooms 150A/B, the party will get underway at 6:30 p.m. and run until 8:00 p.m.
With all Big Hero-Little Hero meetings happening on Wednesdays and running from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m., the next event will get underway in the New Year. There will be a Valentine's Day Party on Feb. 9, a Petting Zoo get together at the CSUF Animal Science Pavilion on April 6 and, finally, an End-of-the-Year celebration at Rotary Playland at Roeding Park.
