Golf Tied For Fourth After Second Round Of Play

ST. CROIX, Virgin Islands - Fresno State dropped one spot after its second day of play at the St. Croix Collegiate, tying for fourth with Ohio State, both scoring 589 points. Indiana remains in the lead with 584, followed by Southeastern Louisiana with 585 and North Carolina Wilmington with 587.
Bulldog senior Chad Spencer climbed to the first position from fourth, shooting four under par with a 68. Freshman Dan Buell remains tied for 14th after shooting 74 and senior Jeremy Moreno is now tied for 28th after shooting a 79, dropping from the fourth position at the start of Saturday's play. Sophomore Mark Modglin again shot a 77, moving him up two spots to tie for 41st, and junior Ryan Carter also mirrored Friday's round, shooting 78 to tie for 56th.
The final round of play will begin Sunday at 7 a.m.
