| Sophomore Ashley Peterson won the Walk Trot event and helped the Bulldogs claim the team championship at the IHSA Zone Championship Show in Ridgefield, Ore. By winning the Zone championship, Peterson, a sophomore from Fresno, Calif., and her teammates have qualified for the IHSA National Championships in Sudbury, Ohio next month. Peterson, a Biology major, works as a volunteer at Clovis Community Hospital and serves as the Vice-President of the pre-Pharmacy Club on campus.
