FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State (281-301-297) finished the Hawaii-Hilo Intercollegiate on Friday in 16th place with an 879 total. No. 2 Georgia Tech claimed the tournament title with an 825 total, No. 3 Oklahoma State came in second with 839 and USC placed third with 840.
Georgia Tech's Cameron Tringale won the individual title with an 11-under 202.
Ryan McDonald (70-74-75) again led the Bulldogs on day three, finishing 45th with 219. Mark Modglin (72-75-73) shot the lowest third round for the Bulldogs to place 51st with 220. Jason Anthony shot rounds of 69-77-75 - 221 to tie for 55th. Brian Kelley (73-75-74) came in 63rd with 222. Jonny Rosa finished 78th with rounds of 70-78-77 - 225.
Fresno State next competes in the USC Southwest Intercollegiate Feb. 27-28 in Westlake Village, Calif.
