FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State's second-round 301 on Thursday at the Hawaii-Hilo Intercollegiate caused the Bulldogs (281-301 - 582 at +14) to fall to 14th place in the 21-team field. While no teams improved upon their first-round totals on day two of play at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, No. 2 Georgia Tech maintained a commanding lead and is now 21-under.
Ryan McDonald (70-74) led the Bulldog scores in round two with a 74 and is tied for 35th with 144. Jason Anthony (69-77) moved to 43rd place with a 146 total. Mark Modglin (72-75) stands in 54th with 147.
Jonny Rosa (70-78) and Brian Kelley (73-75) are both tied for 60th with 148 totals.
The final round begins Friday in Waikoloa, Hawaii, with 9 a.m. PT tee times.
