| Junior pitcher Andy Underwood has been named the Toyota/www.gobulldogs.com Athlete of the Week for May 2. This marks the second time this year that Underwood has claimed the honor and represents the third honor for a baseball player ( Beau Mills). Underwood tossed his third consecutive complete game in a 6-3 victory over Dallas Baptist last weekend. Now ranked fourth nationally in innings pitched, Underwood allowed seven hits and two earned runs while walking two and striking out eight on the way to the win. Fresno State baseball is back in action this weekend, hosting Nevada in a three-game series that begins Friday night. Also nominated: Jennifer Shipley (women's golf), Regina Ollison (women's track and field), Robin Mackin (softball).
