Bulldogs Upgrade Ticketing Technology

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State announced today ticketing upgrades designed to enhance the ease in which Bulldog fans can access and use their game tickets. This upgrade is available for the remainder of the Bulldog football season, plus for the upcoming baseball and softball seasons.
The upgrade is part of Fresno State's partnership with its ticketing provider.
Last week, Bulldog fans were able to have their tickets scanned at each entry point into Bulldog Stadium. In addition, this week fans can use the ticketing system to print their single tickets at home with when buying on-line or can transfer season tickets they have already purchased.
Here's how that works: Customers purchasing single game tickets online, now have the option of choosing a Print-At-Home delivery method. This eliminates any standing in line at Will-Call. The tickets can be printed on standard 8.5x11-inch paper. The Print-At-Home ticket will include a unique barcode, which is scanned upon stadium entry. For security purposes, the barcode allows only one scan per entry, eliminating any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell copies of the Print-At-Home ticket.
The ticket transfer option is also unique to Fresno State fans. Ticket Transfer allows season ticket holders to transfer tickets to friends and family electronically via e-mail. No longer do season ticket holders have to drive across town to deliver tickets or stand in long Will Call lines to leave tickets for their guests. The recipients of transferred tickets can then print their tickets using the Print-at-Home technology, providing a bar-coded ticket that can be validated at any Bulldog Stadium entrance.
"Our goal is to always provide the latest ticketing technology in order to enhance the fans ticket buying experience and overall experience at Bulldog events." said Russell Hayden, Fresno State's Director of Ticket Operations.
