Mazzela Law Wins Homecoming Red Friday

FRESNO, Calif. - On the Friday before Fresno State's Oct. 17 Homecoming game against San Jose State, TimeOut and his crew from Fresno State Athletics found their third "Red Friday" winner of the season at the Law Offices of Timothy W. Mazzela.
Mazzela, a Fresno State alumnus, and his staff, including an adorable seven-month old bulldog named Duchess, were spirited in Fresno State red with their Bulldog pride.
"We are thrilled to win this honor," Mazzela said. "We love Fresno State. It is a great school and most of our staff, including myself, went there. We enjoy showing our Bulldog pride and can't wait for tomorrow's game."
TimeOut awarded the Mazzela and his staff with 25 tickets to the showdown with the Spartans. The prize package also included 100 Bulldog Bucks at the Bulldog Shop, a game ball autographed by Pat Hill and certificates for lunch at Casa Corona.
This week's second place winners were EECU Call Center in Fresno and Fowler Barber Shop in Fowler. Both businesses won 10 tickets to the San Jose State game.
"TimeOut will continue to look all over the San Joaquin Valley for our dedicated businesses who love the Dogs," Fresno State's Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig said. "This week, it was a treat to find our winners during Homecoming week, who happened to be alumni. The office was very spirited and TimeOut had a blast playing with Duchess."
Red Friday happens every home football week and the next one is on Friday, Oct. 30 for the Halloween game against Utah State. For your chance to win and participate in Red Friday, e-mail pictures of your business to timeout@csufresno.edu by noon on Thursday, Oct. 29.
Tickets are still available for the game, starting as low as $20 for endzone seats, by calling the Bulldog Ticket Office or purchasing online at www.gobulldogs.com.
"We Are Your Team" - San Jose State will be at Bulldog Stadium on Saturday, October 17 for Homecoming. The Community Food Bank along with the Bulldog Pantry will be hosting a canned food drive so bring canned food to help feed the Central Valley's hungry. Tickets can be purchased at the Bulldog Ticket Office, by calling 278-DOGS or online at GoBulldogs.com.
