FRESNO, Calif. - Over the course of history, Fresno State Athletics has provided the Red Wave with some unforgettable moments that will never be forgotten. Beginning Monday at Noon, fans can have the opportunity to have a piece of history for themselves with the launch of the Official Fresno State On-line Auction.
Not only can fans bid on Bulldog memorabilia but they will also have an opportunity to take part in unique fan and game day experiences. The first fan experience will be an opportunity to sit in the radio booth with KMJ's Paul Loeffler and Jordan Christiansen while they call the November 21 football game against Louisiana Tech.
The first items up for auction will be live on gobulldogs.com on Monday, September 21 at Noon. Up for bid is a replica throwback Trent Dilfer jersey, signed by Dilfer and a game-used bat autographed by 2008 College World Series Most Outstanding Player and Fresno State home run king Tom Mendonca.
"We are proud to present this opportunity for our loyal fans to take home a special piece of Fresno State Athletics," Fresno State Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig said. "This allows our fans to participate in a very unique fan experience while contributing to one of our core missions to enhance the overall student-athlete experience for each of our student-athletes."
New items will be available for bid throughout the year. Proceeds from the On-Line Auction benefit the Student-Athlete Experience of Fresno State Student-Athletes.
