FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State Athletics has added a new blog to tell the story of over 450 student-athletes, coaches and staff with the creation of www.gobulldogs.com/blog.
In 2008, the "Bulldog Blog" began through the Fresno State Athletics Communications Department to provide unique and untold stories on www.gobulldogs.com. All of these blogs will remain archived on the website.
The new blog combines the evolution of technology with the spirit of two-way communication to ensure the ability of loyal Bulldog fans to engage with the teams that have come to symbolize the heart of the San Joaquin Valley
As a partner of CBS College Sports, the new technology allows for individual posts, an easy-to-navigate archive and category feature and an interactive twitter feed of , the official account of Fresno State Athletics, is available on the right side of the blog to keep you instantly up-to-date on all your Bulldog contest updates, news and stories.
With postseason competition underway this May in baseball, softball, tennis, and track and field, this new blog will give Bulldog fans the latest links, stories and updates.
"We Are Your Team!" - The Bulldog Foundation has launched the "Drive to Five," a membership campaign with a goal to increase the number of Bulldog Foundation members from 2,800 to 5,000 by September of 2011. Please help us reach this goal by spreading the word to your family, friends, and other Bulldog fans in the community. Memberships start at only $100 and payment plans are available. Increasing the Bulldog Foundation membership to 5,000 members will provide new resources that will directly benefit Fresno State Athletics and all 450 student-athletes.
