Free `Weenie Wednesday' at The Bulldog Shop

FRESNO, Calif. - Bulldogs fans are invited to a special lunchtime "Weenie Wednesday" at The Bulldog Shop on Aug. 18 for a free hot dog and one-day only offers.
"Having fun and bring awareness to our fans is a daily goal," Associate Athletics Director Paul Ladwig said. "And having a hotdog roost at the Bulldog Shop is a natural."
Fresno State Athletics teamed up with "New Rock 104.1" for this two-hour event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. that will feature a special showcase to kickoff the fall semester and fall sports season.
"This back to school event will not only promote and enhance the store but we will have the ability to talk about all of our Fall Sports and naturally the home opener with Cincy," Ladwig added. "The folks at `New Rock 104' have been great partners for this fun Wednesday afternoon cookout."
The Bulldog Shop is located the northwest corner of Barstow and Cedar Avenues and directly supports Fresno State student-athletes.

Increasing the Bulldog Foundation membership to 5,000 members will provide new resources that will directly benefit Fresno State Athletics and all 450 student-athletes.
