The USC diving invite featured seven schools: USC, UCLA, USD, Cal Poly, Fresno State, UCSB, and UC Davis. The invite started off with the 1-meter springboard competition where 23 divers competed. The top 12 divers continued onto the finals.
Luke, a native of Kenmore, Wash., scored a 251.75 in the preliminary round good for a third place seed going into the finals. In the final round she scored a 257.45, earning a third place overall finish.
Prigge finished fourth in the preliminary 1-meter round with a 249.75 and finished eighth overall earning a 229.15 in the final round.
The next dive was the Platform, where Prigge was the only Bulldog to compete. There were only 14 divers competing, so there was only one round of competition. Prigge scored a 187.45 good for a fourth place finish.
The Fresno State divers will complete the USC Diving Invite tomorrow morning when they compete in the 3-meter springboard competition.
