Brian Sunker Named Student-Athlete of the Week

| Senior Brian Sunker made his first career hole-in-one during the first round of the WAC Championship at Rio Secco Golf Club in Henderson, Nev. The ace came on the par-3, 189-yard 15th hole. He followed it up with a birdie on the 17th to finish the round at 2-over, 74. During the final round, Sunker shot an even-par, 72 to bring his season average under 76 which made him eligible for the All-America Scholar award. He won the award last year. Sunker finished the tournament in a tie for 10th place at 6-over for his second top-10 finish of the season. Other Nominees: Facebook (fresnostateathletics) and Twitter (@FSAthletics).
