FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State volleyball team continued to expand its social media presence this season with the unveiling of its @FresnoStateVB twitter account.
This weekend, volleyball fans can follow the Bulldogs (7-7, 1-1) at returning Mountain West champion San Diego State Thursday night and UNLV Saturday with frequent statistic updates and game notes via Twitter.
The new account will boost the team's social media presence after previously relying on the @FSAthletics account, and has special links to coach and player interviews, pictures, videos, stats and press releases.
Bulldog volleyball fans can also keep updated on volleyball team happenings at the team's Facebook page (FresnoStateVB).
Other Bulldog department social media platforms to 'like' and 'follow' are on Facebook and Instagram under the FresnoStateAthletics account.
This year's squad is one of its deepest ever and features a trio of returning all-conference honorees among its six returning starters from 2012. Two key newcomers have also cracked the starting lineup giving the squad its deepest array of talent in recent memory.
