• Fresno State improved to 11-3 against Big West Conference opponents and 3-1 against Cal Poly under head coach Rodney Terry.
• Fresno State has now beat Cal Poly in back-to-back seasons at the Save Mart Center after beating the Mustangs 63-46 on November 20, 2013.
• The Bulldogs have won seven of the past eight meetings against Cal Poly.
• Over the past two seasons, the Bulldogs are 21-0 when leading with five minutes to play and now 42-4 under Terry.
• It was the first time this season that Fresno State won when losing the turnover battle. The Bulldogs turned it over 13 times to just nine for Cal Poly.
• Fresno State led 31-24 at halftime and is now 4-0 this season when they take a lead into the break.
• Paul Watson scored the first points of the game with a three-pointer. It was the first time this season Fresno State has won when they scored first.
