Kylina Chalack, a sophomore pre-business major, led the Fresno State equestrian team in both Hunt Seat events including Equitation on the Flat and Equitation Over Fences over the weekend. Of the eight possible Most Outstanding Player honors the team could earn, Chalack took home three of the Bulldogs' six total. During Fresno State's home opener on Friday, she posted a team-best ride of 87 on the flat and 85 over feces against No. 9 New Mexico State at the Student Horse Center. The Alberta, Canada native earned her third MOP accolade during the two-day tilt on Saturday after scoring an 82 against No. 7 Texas A&M. Career wise, Chalack has been named the team's MOP on six occasions with three coming during her collegiate debut in 2014. She has helped the team to a 3-4 record during the 2015 fall season while competing in Hunt Seat against No. 1 Georgia, No. 3 Baylor and logging victories over Delaware State, No. 9 New Mexico State and No. 10 UT-Martin earlier this month.
