Spring Preview begins Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

The Bulldogs will wrap up the 2017 edition of spring football in front of the Red Wave on Saturday, 10:30 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.
FRESNO, Calif. – All that remains is the Spring Preview, Saturday at 10:30 a.m. inside Bulldog Stadium, for the Fresno State football team after its 14th practice held on Friday morning. Saturday's Spring Preview will be open to the public with plenty of fanfare circled around it.

"I feel good about the progress we've made throughout spring ball," said head coach Jeff Tedford after Friday morning's practice. "Hopefully tomorrow the team will put to good use all of the fundamentals and techniques that we've taught each day. And cut loose and have some fun too."

Tedford will be focused on seeing that those fundamentals are carried out during the team's live scrimmage – that will begin at approximately 11:30 a.m. See that the players are protecting the football, are running to the football with effort and making sound tackles.

"I think we're well on our way to [taking care of the little things]," Tedford said. "We're not there 100 percent, but we've made a lot of progress toward that."

Spring Preview Fanfare
• Meet the team on the field after practice (approximately 12:50 p.m.)
• Concessions open (breakfast burritos, Kona Ice and other standard items)
• Select fans will be invited onto the field during the scrimmage to participate in one of three drills:
- catch punts from the jugs machine like the players do
- youth cone race (after bat twirl) with a player
- kick a field goal
Those interested, must sign up for the opportunity on the day of the Spring Preview at the Fresno State Athletics Tickets table, that will be located at the top of the ramp in the south endzone

• Voice of the Bulldogs Paul Loeffler to serve as public addresser to explain Coach Tedford's practice routine as it happens
