McMaryion continues to be noticed by the Golden Arm Award selection committee

BALTIMORE, Md. – It was announced on Friday morning that Fresno State senior quarterback Marcus McMaryion was among 30 quarterbacks that remained on the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award® watch list presented by A. O. Smith, who annually identifies the country's top college quarterback.
McMaryion, named to the initial preseason watch list on Aug. 14, has led the Bulldogs to a 3-1 record and has passed for 1,050 yards and seven touchdowns using a completion percentage of 72.1 percent through four games. Overall, he has been responsible for 12 scores and 1,100 total yards offense.

After five weeks of play, the Golden Arm Award selection committee selected the remaining nominees based on player performance on-and-off the field. Candidates must be a college senior or fourth-year junior on schedule to graduate with their class.
The next list will identify the top 15.
