Saturday Softball games cancelled due to rain

After start times for the Saturday slate of games at the Judi Garman Classic we're initially pushed back early Saturday morning, Cal State Fullerton and the tournament directors determined that all games would be canceled due to rain and field conditions.
Fresno State was scheduled to play UConn and No. 5/6 Washington. While the 'Dogs were set to play their final tournament games on Saturday the Judi Garman Classic already had a full schedule of games on Sunday, and for the time being those games are remaining as scheduled.
The Bulldogs went 2-1 at the tournament with wins over Loyola Marymount and UT San Antonio and a narrow 4-2 loss against No. 7/7 Tennessee. Fresno State is set to host the Bulldog Classic next week as UC Santa Barbara, Montana, North Dakota, and California Baptist will visit Margie Wright Diamond, with the 'Dogs opening the tournament and their home schedule against UC Santa Barbara on Thursday at 6 p.m.
