Fresno State sophomore point guard Isaiah Hill scored a season-high 19 points while making three 3-pointers, going 8-for-9 at the free throw line and dishing out a season-best seven assists.
Meanwhile, Deon Stroud recorded 18 points with seven rebounds and turned a steal into an open-floor 360-degree dunk to ignite an important 11-2 run for the Bulldogs midway through the second half.
Fresno State had a season-low six turnovers and the squad's defensive presence helped limit UNLV to just 20 percent from beyond the 3-point line.

Quotes:
Justin Hutson, Fresno State head coach
"I thought we stuck together and when it was time to make big plays we made a few. They made a few also, but we responded. I really liked out response tonight and I like how we played down the stretch."
