Guevremont named GCC Player of the Week

LOS ANGELES – Fresno State junior Daphne Guevremont was named the Golden Coast Conference Player of the Week for the second consecutive week, announced by the league Thursday morning.
No. 11 Fresno State defeated No. 12 Pacific 13-10 in a crucial conference matchup, pushing the Bulldogs into a first-place tie in the GCC standings.
Guevremont logged a team-high four goals in the contest. She was perfect in the match, scoring four goals on four shots. The Quebec, Canada native also drew three exclusions and swiped one steal. This tallies the attacker's ninth multi-goal game of the season.
She leads the Bulldogs this season with 33 goals. In six conference games, Guevremont is second in the GCC with 21 goals and tops the league with 31 points.
