Fresno State honors legacy of Frances Ricchiuti

Fresno State Athletics benefactor Frances Grande Ricchiuti passed away on April 22 at the age of 99.
FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno State Athletics mourns the loss of Frances Grande Ricchiuti, who along with her late husband Pat, was a longtime benefactor of Fresno State. Frances Ricchiuti passed away on April 22 at the age of 99.
Specific to Bulldog Athletics, Pat and Frances generously supported the Ricchiuti Academic and Strength and Conditioning Center, which was named in their honor. The Ricchiuti Family have been passionate members of the Red Wave and regular attendees at Fresno State Athletic events for decades.
In Mrs. Ricchiuti's honor, all Fresno State flags will be posted at half-staff today, Wednesday, April 28, and a moment of silence will be observed at the Fresno State softball game on May 8 and the baseball game on May 15.
