Tennis earns ITA academic awards

Fresno State tennis student-athletes were honored with national academic honors by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

TEMPE, Ariz. – Fresno State Tennis received multiple national academic honors – Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team and ITA scholar-athlete awards, the ITA announced on Monday.

The 2021 ITA Scholar-Athlete designation is for having a GPA of 3.50 or above (on a 4.000 scale) for the current academic year.

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team GPA of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale).
