'Dogs second through first round at Red Sky Classic

Harriet Lynch tied for fifth following 2-under par 70.
WALCOTT, Colo. – The Fresno State women's golf team turned in one of three under-par scores during the first round of the Red Sky Classic on Monday. Shooting a 1-under par 287, the Bulldogs sit tied for second, two strokes off the lead.
Harriet Lynch leads the 'Dogs and is tied for fifth overall after firing a 2-under par 70. The senior knocked in six birdies on the day. Katelyn Lehigh and Jinyoung Yun each sit inside the Top 20 at 17th with even par rounds of 72.
With the 'Dogs looking to finish over par for the round, Nicola Kaminski closed her day with back-to-back birdies to finish with a 1-over par 73.
Fresno State will begin Round 2 tomorrow at 10:40-11:20 a.m. PT. Live scoring can be followed at Golfstat.com.
