Lynch records second consecutive Top 10 finish to open season

WALCOTT, Colo. – Harriet Lynch finished off her second straight Top 10 finish to start the season, placing ninth at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic at the Red Sky Golf Club. The senior shot an overall 1-under par 215 for the week.
Lynch held on to her spot in the Top 10 despite a tough day on the course as she shot a 3-over par during the final round. Her teammates also found difficulties in the third round as the Bulldogs slipped to 12th in the team standings, finishing the tournament at 24-over par (287-294-307—888) after shooting 19-over for the day.
Katelyn Lehigh earned her first career Top 20 finish. The freshman wrapped up the week with a 3-over par 219 to tie for 18th.

Fresno State will take a week off before returning to Colorado for the Ron Moore Intercollegiate in Denver (Oct. 7-9).
