'Dogs close out The Goodwin with 2-over par final round

SAN FRANCISCO – The Fresno State men's golf team closed out its final round at The Goodwin on Sunday, shooting 2-over par at TPC Harding Park. The Bulldogs moved up five spots, finishing tied for 14th at 21-over par in a field that featured 25 teams that ranked inside GolfStat's Top 150.
Fresno State's top four on the day each shot no worse than even par with all four knocking in four birdies.
Matthew Sutherland carded a 1-over par 71 on Saturday to remain tied for 16th at even par.
Matthew Manganello and Jake Bettencourt shot an even par 70 for the day, their best rounds of the week. Manganello moved up 19 spots on Saturday to 40th while Bettencourt moved up 32 places to 78th.
Shooting 1-over par in the final round, Joseph Lloyd moved up 26 spots just inside the Top 100 at 95th.
