No. 63 Bulldogs beat Wolf Pack, 4-2

RENO, Nev. – The No. 63-ranked Fresno State women's tennis team defeated the Nevada Wolf Pack 4-2 on Thursday at the McArthur Tennis Center.

The dynamic doubles duo and No. 76-ranked Pang Jittakoat and Matilde Magrini helped Fresno State (8-9, 2-3 Mountain West) claim the doubles point by winning at the No. 1 position. Carlotta Nonnis Marzano and Carolina Piferi clinched the first point of the match by winning at the No. 2 doubles position.

After earning her fourth Mountain West Women's Tennis Player of the Week last week, Pang Jittakoat once again won at the top position, followed by wins from Carolina Piferi (No. 4) and Cristina Flaquer (No. 3) to capture the road win over Nevada.
