'Dogs conclude Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Fresno State men's golf team finished the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational in ninth place, posting a score of 4-over 868 at the Reserve at Spanos Park.
Jaden Hunter led the Bulldogs throughout the tournament. After carding a season low score of 3-under 69 in the opening round, Hunter finished the tournament in a tie for 30th place after shooting an even-par 216.
Zack Tarter and James Watney tied for 34th place. In the final round, Tarter moved up 22 spots while Watney made the biggest leap up the leaderboard, climbing thirty spots as both golfers finished at 2-over.Â
Nash Arthurs wrapped up his first collegiate tournament at 4-over, and Von Wasson moved up nine spots in the final round to finish at 5-over.
Competing as an individual, Jake Bettencourt ended his tournament at 13-over.
