'Dogs announce outdoor slate

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State track & field head coach Jason Drake announced the 2026 outdoor competition schedule on Friday, highlighted by two regular season home meets and the final year as hosts of the Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
The Bulldogs will open the season across town at the Sunbird Invitational, hosted by FPU on Feb. 21. Fresno State will stay in the Valley for a trip to Turlock on Mar. 6-7 for the Kim Duyst Invite.
From there, the 'Dogs head to the Cal Invitational on March 21 before the first of two home meets. The West Coast Relays return to Veterans Memorial Stadium on March 27-28 for the 83rd edition of the event.
Fresno State will be away for the entire month of April, competing at the Brutus Hamilton Invite (April 2-4), the Stanford Invite (April 3-4), the Mike Fanelli Classic (April 3-4), the Brian Clay Multis (April 10-11) and Brian Clay Invitational (April 16-18), and finally the Mt. Sac Relays (April 16-18).
The Bulldogs will open May with the Fresno State Invitational on May 1-2 before hosting the Mountain West Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Veterans Memorial Stadium from May 14-16.
