‘Dogs in tenth through round 2 in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's golf team wrapped up day one of the San Diego State Classic in 10th place. The Bulldogs are 17-over par through two rounds at the Heights Golf Club.
Three Bulldogs find themselves within the top 30 entering the final round. Junior Amelia Garibaldi currently leads the charge for Fresno State, recording a score of 3-over 147 with seven birdies as the junior sits tied for 21st.
Vunnisa Vu moved 19 spots up the leaderboard in round two to end her day in 27th place, shooting 4-over while totaling six birdies.
Lara Goerlich sits tied for 29th at 5-over, Sara Rampoldi shot 11-over, and Katelyn Lehigh finished at 17-over.
Competing as an individual, Hyojeong Kang carded a score of 14-over 158, placing her in a tie for 56th.
