Bulldogs wrap up NIC

OCALA, Fl. - The Fresno State swim team wrapped up the final day of the National Invitational Championships at FAST on Saturday afternoon. Bulldogs' finish the weekend in ninth place with 302 points.Â
After breaking the program record in the 100 IM in the preliminary session, Jenna Pulkkinen finished the event in eighth place (55.85). Laura Kalmar put in tough work swimming two distance events. Kalmar finished 26th in the 1650 free (17:01.73) and 32nd in the 1000 free (10:19.97).Â
On the diving side, Natalia Bedolla participated in both springboard events placing 15th in the 3-meter (255.15) and 17th in the 1-meter (248.45). NCAA qualifier Grace Ally made an appearance in the platform, taking fourth (231.35).Â
Up next: Mackenzie Miller Lung, Aliz Kalmar and Grace Ally will represent Fresno State at the 2026 NCAA Championships beginning Wednesday, Mar. 18 through Saturday, Mar. 21 at McAuley Aquatics Center in Atlanta, GA.Â
