FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno State Director of Athletics Garrett Klassy announced the addition of two staff members on Monday, welcoming Arev Hagopian as Director of Sports Nutrition and Nick Cullor as Assistant Athletic Director of Creative Services.
Hagopian joins Fresno State after serving as the lead dietitian at Whittier College, where she oversaw nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy for all student-athletes. During her tenure, she played a key role in advancing performance-focused nutrition education through collaborative initiatives across teams and campus departments.
Prior to Whittier, Hagopian gained experience with both the Los Angeles Galaxy and Los Angeles Chargers in seasonal roles. She began her career in athletics as a sports nutrition intern at Cal State Northridge (CSUN).
Cullor brings familiarity with the Central Valley as a Bakersfield native and a strong background in athletic communications and marketing. He most recently served at CSU Bakersfield, where he has been part of the athletic department since 2021. Cullor began as a marketing intern before advancing to a graduate assistant role and later serving as a marketing and communications specialist.
During his time at CSUB, Cullor played an integral role in brand development and management, contributing to brand identity, merchandise strategy, facility branding and more. His efforts helped drive consistent growth in ticket sales and overall revenue.
Hagopian and Cullor have both began in their roles as of Monday.Â
