Bulldogs earn Ariat All-America honors

WACO, Texas - The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced its 2025-26 Ariat All-America honorees on Tuesday, bestowing four Bulldogs with the honor in their respective events. Three of the Bulldogs' four honorees earn the title of All-American for the first time in their careers, also all as seniors.

Abby Goddard became the program's first-ever first team horsemanship All-American. She holds an 8-2-2 record in the event, with a team-high three MOP honors. Goddard was named the Big 12 Horsemanship Rider of the Year ahead of the conference championship weekend. She dominated in the spring season, going 5-1-1 since January. Her only loss in the spring was at the Big 12 Championship.

Brogan Hill earned second team Ariat All-America honors in the reining, becoming the first Bulldog since Bailey Alexander in 2022 to earn honors in reining. Hill compiled a 7-4-1 record with two MOPs this season. She was 4-2 in her Big 12 rides on the year, and paced the Bulldog reiners throughout the season.

Shelby Robinette earned honorable mention honors in both western events, securing recognition in horsemanship and reining. In the horsemanship, she carried a 8-4-0 record with one MOP and in reining a 8-3-1 record also with one MOP. Robinette rode in the horsemanship lineup for the first time in her career, tying for the team-high with eight wins. She led the reining group with eight wins.

Sophomore Paris Mahoney picked up her second career All-America honor in the flat, earning honorable mention honors this season. She had a 7-4-0 overall flat record this year, with one MOP. Notably, Mahoney won six in-a-row with four of those six wins coming against ranked opponents.

Fresno State advanced to the NCEA National Championship for the first time since 2022. The nation's top eight teams advance to the national championship each year. The Bulldogs will head to the World Equestrian Center in Ocala as the No. 8 seed, and will face the No. 1 seeded Auburn next weekend. More information is available here.
