FRESNO, Calif. -The Fresno State men's golf team will travel to Tucson, Arizona to compete in the 2026 Credit Union Mountain West Men's Golf Championship, held at Omni Tucson National Resort from Sunday, May 3, to Tuesday, May 5.
THE SCHEDULE
All 12 Mountain West Programs will compete over the course of three days on the par 72, 7,194 yard Catalina Course, playing 18 holes each day beginning Sunday, May 3rd with tee times beginning at 7:00 a.m. PT.
Hole:1
Groups 1-5: 7:00-7:48 a.m. - New Mexico, San Diego State, UNLV
Groups 6-10: 8:00 -8:48 a.m. - San Jose State, Grand Canyon, Nevada
Hole:10
Groups 11-15: 7:00-7:48 a.m. – Wyoming, Utah State, Air Force
Groups 16-20: 8:00-8:48 a.m. – Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State
For rounds two and three, groups will be determined based on results.
THE FIELD
Five teams will come into the championship tournament ranked nationally inside the top 100 starting with New Mexico (No. 21), followed by San Diego State (No. 39), UNLV (No. 43), San Jose State (No. 85), and Grand Canyon (No. 92). Nevada (No. 108), Boise State (No. 128), Colorado State (No. 142), Fresno State (No. 158). Wyoming (No. 169) Utah State (No. 216), and Air Force (No. 261) round out the 12-team field.

LAST TOURNAMENT
- The Bulldogs wrapped up the regular season at the El Macero Classic, concluding the tournament in a tie for 13th place
- Von Wasson was 5-over, and Jaden Hunter shot 7-over as both produced top-30 finishes

- Fresno State recorded a ninth place finish at the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Men's Golf Championship last season
