Fresno State Athletics returns to ESPN Fresno as official flagship radio partner

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State Athletics and Bulldog Sports Enterprises announced Friday a new partnership naming ESPN Fresno as the official flagship radio station of Fresno State Athletics, marking the Bulldogs' return to the ESPN Radio brand beginning with the upcoming 2026-27 athletic season.

"As a proud Fresno State alumnus, this partnership is especially meaningful to me and to our entire team, many of whom are Bulldog alumni themselves," said Enrique Loera, general manager of ESPN Fresno. "We are honored that ESPN Fresno has been trusted as the new flagship radio home of Fresno State Athletics. More than broadcasting games, we are committed to strengthening the connection between Bulldog athletics and the Central Valley, celebrating the pride, tradition, and community that make Fresno State such an important part of who we are."

The agreement reunites the Valley's premier athletic brands with the nation's leading sports media brand, providing Bulldog fans throughout the Central Valley with comprehensive coverage of Fresno State Athletics across live game broadcasts, coaches' shows and year-round programming as Fresno State enters its first year in the Pac-12.

As the official flagship station for Fresno State Athletics, ESPN Fresno will carry in-game coverage of the Bulldog athletic programs all year round, along with pregame and postgame coverage, coaches' shows and additional athletics programming designed to give fans exclusive access throughout the year. Live broadcasts will also be available through the ESPN Fresno mobile app, providing Bulldog fans with quick and convenient access to games and programming directly from their smartphones whether they're at home, on the road or anywhere in between.

Beyond live broadcasts, the partnership creates new opportunities to showcase Fresno State Athletics through original programming, interviews, feature content and expanded digital coverage, further enhancing the connection between Bulldog fans and their teams throughout the year.
