2015-16 (Senior): Recorded a 12-6 singles record in the spring after playing just two matches (1-1) during the fall season … went 14-10 in doubles play, going 14-9 in dual matches … played primarily in the No. 4-6 positions, with her best record coming at No. 6-1 as she went 6-1 … went 4-1 against MW opponents on the year … recorded an 8-1 stretch in singles that lasted from March 22-April 30 … clinched the Bulldogs’ MW semifinal win against San Jose State with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Justine Deleval … contributed to an 8-0 record at home and a final ITA team ranking of No. 43.
2014-15 (Junior): Competed in 19 dual matches ... played doubles during every appearance in dual matches, recording an 11-6 record in the No. 3 position ... went 13-9 overall in doubles with three partners, going 10-4 with Tanya Murtagh in dual matches ... held an 8-13 overall record and was 1-6 in dual matches ... contributed to a 9-1 record at home and a final ITA team ranking of No. 58.
2013-14 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 25 matches in her first season as a Bulldogs ... named MW Player of the Week on April 16 ... earned the Longest Win Streak award at the team banquet for ending the season with 11 straight wins in doubles play ... Malysheva paired with Aishwarya Agrawal seven times and Rana Sherif Ahmed twice to record a team-high 11 straight wins from March 9 to April 26 at the No. 2 doubles slate ... was the only Bulldog to go a perfect 5-0 in MW doubles play while finishing the year with a 19-14 record and 15-8 in dual play ... concluded singles play with a 13-7 dual record and 4-1 MW mark ... helped the Bulldogs to a 2014 MW Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance ... contributed in Fresno State's undefeated conference (5-0) and home (7-0) record as well as a final ITA ranking of No. 71.
Prior to Fresno State: Won the Argayon Cup in Vivelles, Belgium in 2007. Reached the final of the Coca Cola Icelandic Open in Reykjavik, Iceland in 2007. Made the quarterfinals of the Governor's Cup in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2011.
Personal: Parents are Jelena And Mikhail Malysjev ... has one brother, Emil, and one sister, Mikhail ... hobbies include hockey, spending time with family and friends and traveling ... favorite athlete is Maria Sharapova because she has been one of the best for so long ... biggest athletic thrill was seeing the results from all her hard work and winning ... most admires her parents for being such amazing people ... came to Fresno State because she really liked Coach Stotland and his way of thinking and felt that this could be a great team and school to represent.
