2016-17 (Senior): Led Fresno State with a 72.53 scoring average (1.25 vs. par) while playing in all 11 tournaments … in 32 rounds, shot par or better 13 times and shot in the 60’s eight times – both team bests … recorded four top 10 finishes and owned a season-best fifth-place finish at the El Macero Classic, April 13-14 (75-77-68=220) … a season-low 67 was carded twice in the same tournament during the par 71 Alister MacKenzie Invitational (Oct. 10-11) … in addition to the Alister MacKenzie, totaled four 4-under-par efforts – the third during the final round of the Bandon Dunes Championship (March 14) and the fourth at the El Macero Classic (April 14) … led the team in several statistical categories: eagles (7), par-5 average (4.69), par-4 average (4.15), par-3 average (3.18) and least bogeys per round (3.18) … his single-season seven eagles ranks as the fourth-most in team history since the 1993-94 season … following the 2016-17 season, owned the fifth-best career average in team history of those playing in at least 45 rounds since the 1993-94 season with a 72.47 career average (68 rounds) in his two seasons at Fresno State. 2015-16 (Junior): Won the 2016 Mountain West Men’s Golf Individual Championship and advanced to the NCAA Regionals in Albuquerque … named to the 2016 All-Mountain West team … competed in 12 tournaments as a first-year Bulldog and led the team with a 72.42 scoring average (1.08 vs. par) … registered seven top 20 finishes and four top 10 finishes … led the team with 11 rounds carded in the 60’s, including a season-low 66, accomplished twice – first was a 5-under-par during the second round of the Nick Watney Invitational and the other was a 6-under-par during the first round of the Mountain West Championship … finished three different tournaments at 9-under-par – the Nick Watney Invitational (par 71), Alister MacKenzie Invitational (par 71) and Mountain West Championship (par 72) … matched season-low 54-hole score of 204 at both the Nick Watney Invitational and Alister MacKenzie Invitational … led Fresno State in both counts of birdies (114) and eagles (5) during the season, and averaged 10.69 pars per round … posted the eighth-best single season par 3 scoring average (3.1241) by a Bulldog since the 1993-94 season ... placed 37th at NCAA Albuquerque Regional (75-77-79=231).
