2017-18 (SENIOR): Swam personal-bests in the 100 Free (54.19) at the MW Championships and the 200 Free (2:00.13) at San Diego ... recorded the third fastest time on the team all season in the 100 Free and had the fourth fastest 50 Free time at 24.14 in the MW Championships ... had the third best time on the team in the 100 Back with a 57.61 at the TYR Invitational ... placed second in the 100 Back against CSU Bakersfield ... swam the third leg of the Fresno State team that finished third in the 200 Free Relay vs. San Jose State.
2016-17 (JUNIOR): Swam personal-bests in the 50 Freestyle (24.01) and the 100 Freestyle (52.66) at the 2017 MW Championships on Feb. 15 … was a member of the 200 Freestyle Relay team that took first place against San Jose State on Jan. 28 … finished in second place in the 100 Backstroke against CSU Bakersfield on Dec. 10.
2015-16 (SOPHOMORE): Swam a personal-best in the 100 back (57.78) on Nov. 20 at the A3 Performance Invitational ... set a personal-best time in the 50 free (24.32) on Nov. 19 at the A3 Performance Invitational ... recorded a personal-best 50 free (24.14), 100 free (53.17) and 100 back (57.29) placed second in the 100 Freestyle against UC Santa Cruz on Nov. 14.
2014-15 (FRESHMAN): Named a 2014-15 Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in swimming ... was an All-League performer and also a MVP.
PERSONAL: Born in Monterey, Calif., to parents John and Christine Short ... hobbies include painting ... biggest athletic thrill is dropping time and reaching a goal time ... chose to attend Fresno State because she liked the campus, teaching style and the athletics ... she is a pre-pyschology major at Fresno State.
