TimeOut Appearance Request Form
Please submit all requests at least three weeks prior to event. Our mascot volunteers are Fresno State students and rental is dependent on class and term schedules. Appearances must be within a 50 mile radius of campus. Completing this request form is NOT confirmed booking for T.O., only a request. You will receive notification when request is filled.
