FRESNO, Calif. - The third annual Fresno State Big Bid will take place on Saturday, June 3, at Beiden Field on the campus of Fresno State. The evening will begin with a silent auction at 5 p.m.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
5-7 p.m.: Silent auction (Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and beverages)
7-8 p.m.: Buffet dinner provided by Outback Steakhouse
8 p.m.: Live auction, moderated by John Wallace
Hundreds of items will be auctioned off during the evening, including framed LeRoy Neiman limited edition serigraphs, a trip for two to the Ohio State-Fresno State football game Sept. 2 in Columbus, Ohio, golf for three with Fresno State athletics director Al Bohl, and various hotel and travel packages.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Fresno State Athletics Department, including the comprehensive academics support system provided for the student-athletes.
Tickets cost $25 per person, $45 for two and $200 for a table of 10 and includes dinner, drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Call the Fresno State Marketing Department for more information at (559) 244-2800.
