FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State had 48 Bulldogs honored as Western Athletic Conference All-Academic for the 2002 spring sport season.
The WAC had a total of 361 student-athletes garner WAC All-Academic in baseball, golf, softball, tennis and track and field teams while announcing in addition the WAC All-Academic freshmen/transfer teams for all sports.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at lease one academic year have at least a 3.2 grade point average and have participated in at least fifty percent of the team's contests.
