Bulldogs Athletics Events to be Heard Live on GOBULLDOGS.COM

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State Athletics Department announced today that beginning this weekend all sporting events that are being broadcast on radio can be heard live on the official web site of Fresno State Athletics, www.gobulldogs.com.
The announcement was made today by Associate Athletics Director Scott Johnson.
All of Fresno State's football and men's basketball games can be heard throughout the Valley on KMJ AM 580. Selected baseball games are also broadcast on KMJ.
In addition, Fresno State offers the most comprehensive television and radio package on the west coast for women's sports. Selected women's volleyball, women's basketball and softball games are available on ESPN Radio KFIG 1430 AM. AT&T Broadband (cable channel 14) televises a minimum of six games per season for each sport. KFSR, Fresno State's campus radio station, will also be broadcasting a variety of Bulldog games.
Beginning this Saturday, all events that will be broadcast during the 2000-01 year can be heard around the world on the Internet. Saturday night's Fresno State at UTEP football game can be heard on Fresno State's website or fans can link to KMJ's site at www.kmj580.com. Saturday's women's volleyball match against SMU will be broadcast by KFSR and can be heard live on www.gobulldogs.com.
"This is an exciting announcement for our department and Bulldog fans everywhere," said Johnson. "We have worked hard to get all of the entities together to make this happen. It's been a long process, but I'm pleased to say that this is a venture that is going to be very beneficial for our entire department and the stations involved. This offers great exposure for us outside the Central Valley. Fans from all over the world can now listen to our events live on the internet."
An audio broadcasts schedule will be posted on gobulldogs.com on a weekly basis.
