Junior Trevor Clayton, an economics major at Fresno State, won the 2016 Mountain West Individual Championship by shooting a 54-hole 9-under-par at OMNI Tucson National last weekend. He carded a final day 3-under-par 69 to comeback from two shots behind entering the day, to win the championship by two strokes. Clayton is the first Bulldog to win an individual conference championship since 2007.
