Pregame
• Team Captains: Marcus McMaryion, George Helmuth, Micah St. Andrew and Juju Hughes.
• Nevada won the coin toss and elected to receive.
• Kickoff temperature was 52 degrees; pregame was rainy and subsided once the game began
First Quarter
• DE Kwami Jones picked up his first career start.
• RB Dejonte O’Neal started at running back for the second time this season.
• Fresno State did not score on its opening drive for the first time since traveling to Minnesota on Sept. 8.
• Fresno State was held scoreless in the first quarter for the first time since traveling to Minnesota on Sept. 8.
• Fresno State shut out its opponent in the first quarter for the second time this season (UCLA).
• The ‘Dogs were uncharacteristically 1-of-3 on third downs in the first quarter.
• Fresno State was held to 13 rushing yards on seven carries in the first quarter.
• McMaryion was efficient, going to 7-of-8 passing for 60 yards in the opening frame.

• Ronnie Rivers found the endzone for the first time since Nov. 18, 2017 at Wyoming on a 19-yard TD reception from McMaryion – his reception on Wyoming was a 21-yarder.
• McMaryion tossed his eighth TD of the season and 22nd of his Bulldog career to Rivers.
• Fresno State entered the game 11-1 under Tedford when scoring first.
• McMaryion opened the game going 10-of-11 passing before two-straight incompletions at the 7:04 mark in the 2Q.
• Tank Kelly picked off this third pass on the season and fourth career.
• Juju Hughes intercepted his first pass on the 2018 season and second career.
HALFTIME
• Fresno State possessed the ball for just 11:56 in the first half compared to the Wolf Pack’s 18:04.
• Fresno State posted 116 total yards offense in the first half; second to a season-low 104 at Minnesota.
Third Quarter
• Jared Rice sparked the offense with a career-long 69-yard catch to help set the ‘Dogs up for their second score of the game.
• Rivers’ 2-yard rush on 4th-and-1 from the Nevada 2-yard line put the ‘Dogs on top 14-3 with 10:20 left in the third. It was Rivers’ second score of the game, marking the second time in his career he’s found the end zone twice in one game (Oct. 7, 2017 vs. San Jose State). But it marked the first time he found the end zone in a game through the air as well as the ground.
Fourth Quarter
• KeeSean Johnson recorded his fourth receiving TD of the season and 20th career receiving TD of his career to push the ‘Dogs in front 21-3 with 8:28 remaining in the game.
GAME
• KeeSean Johnson moved to No. 4 in program history for most career receptions (213).
• After setting a career-high 15 tackles at Minnesota, Jeff Allison set a new career-high with 17 tackles vs. Nevada.
• Allison notched double-digit tackles for the eighth time in his career. In 19 career starts, he has led the Bulldogs in tackles 12 times.
• Fresno State won the turnover battle 3-1; the team that lost the turnover battle between Fresno State and Nevada has not won since 1999.
• Fresno State improved to 12-1 under Tedford when scoring first.
• Fresno State forced Nevada into six three-and-outs on 14 drives.
• Fresno State held its opponent to single digits for the first time this season; Fresno State’s opponents are averaging 15.6 points per game through five contests.
• Fresno State limited Nevada to 4-of-18 on third down conversions; Fresno State’s opponents have converted third downs just 18-of-71 times (25 percent) this season.
